"He holds victory in store for the upright, he is a shield to those whose walk is blameless, for he guards the course of the just and protects the way of his faithful ones." - Proverbs 2:7-8
Continued learning bout the book of Proverbs during Church and after sunday school we gathered to pray for Chris cos it was his bdae on sat. (Same bdae as Papa!) And during refreshments we started talking bout PW and playing with babies as usual =]
Then went home and spent the whole afternn designing the poster for fac comm interview. Papa walked past and said 为什么你还有art啊?Then I explained bout fac comm and running for publicity IC and all, and he was really understanding and encouraging =]
I realized I've been playing a lot of piano, I play on average an hour per day now, and this is really a lot as compared to the amount of time spent in practising for my diploma exam last time >< I guess I really enjoy playing pieces freely and free from the burden of examinations! Not forgetting my inspiring classmates too...Ros Kim Yung Michelle....09S74 is quite an artistic class I reckon! We've got AEPers, MUSICians, BANDpeeps, 5 dancers, and pple who love to dance like CT and MelWee! COOL.
Having observed the trend of me playing piano more enthusiastically for quite some time, Papa asked me this morning why I have been playing piano nearly daily. And I just replied ahaha its fun and stress-relieving, which is true! But somehow mummy blamed my playing for causing her to have headaches -.- esp. since I play Polonaises and Beethoven and Brahms which have varied dynamics, sudden changes of forte and piano and loads of expression and not forgetting loads of mistakes when I bang notes. Ok I have to admit it must have been quite a trauma for her to suddenly wake up from her sleep thanks to my Polonaise. :( So I'm determined to learn a few more nocturnes and soothing songs...
Then after dinner Trix and I practised si shou lian tan for fun. and its real fun. then mummy complained that this song was really really noisy.
Today is an ultimate slacker day. not slack in terms of work, but in terms of physical activity. i spent most of the day at my table in front of the computer feeling like a swivelchair potato. Terry Trix and I wanted to go downstairs for lunch but mummy insisted she wanted to stay home cos of her headache and in the end I nvr left the house today. I need a breath of fresh outdoor air! So Papa da-baoed food home and we had Char Kuay, Hokkien Mee and Char Kuay Teow. Oily fatty Singaporean lunch :D bloated and satisfied. I realized its really rare to have lunch tgt as a family on weekdays! And i still love the feeling of eating tgt even though quarrels are inevitable at the dining table. And amazingly Papa did the dishes today :D I was still doubting his ability to wash the dishes. Then before i knew it it was time for a snack and all of us wif the exceptn of mummy clamoured to the kitchen for ice-cream. family days are days of unleashing the glutton within us.
So its time to gear up for the week ahead! Dance night in 11 days!! I cant describe what I'm feeling...it changes every moment....
