I really thank God for blessing our family with such a loving, faithful Dad. I pray that that in this year and the years ahead, God might bless you with good health, courage, the strength and the will to support the family, and I pray also that you might grow closer to God in your walk with him, and that you might motivate us to be faithful children of Christ too.
"Listen to your Father, who gave you life, and do not despise your mother when she is old" - Proverbs 23:22
We celebrated with a steamboat dinner and mango cake =] Talking bout mango cakes, had one ytd to celebrate Jasmine, Chengxin and Kelly's bdae too. But the former is a cake with real fruits and the latter, a mango-flavoured sponge cake. Cakes are really yummy, esp. when we eat it as a group of friends or a family.
Had SALT run in the afternoon, and it was pretty tiring in the end. The debrief was kind of eye-opening. Many seniors took turns to give inspirational talks. and we learnt abt the full story of the concert. It's really creative, how each item is woven together to form a story bout school life.
Et j'ai ressenti encore de la tristesse et de la regrette quand j'ai vu la danse.
Saw the break item in the blackbox. Really cool. then we practised too, and emo-ed and emo-ed and emo-ed, swished hair and swished hair and swished hair. it was really funny how enrui motivated all of us to emo more. "BITCHES!" she screamed at the chorus and then of course we started to laugh, and after that Estelle said "Pls don't smile during the dance ok?" but I guess we couldn't help but laugh when Enrui screamed.
These 2 weeks will be braindraining muscle-draining hair-draining even though i'll be drowning in a pool of homework still undone. And there's the poster to design for fac comm interview, GPP, le controle 2 (ca me fait peur!!) and GP test and Math lecture test and Chem tut and sigh the list just goes on and on...
