Hi we've been back from france since this MOnday. =D It was a really fun trip and after three weeks in Bordeaux, I want to stay there! And we miss our french immersion friends a lot!!! So we decided to meet up at Taka on Xurui's bday 12 dec. Then we went for dinner at Pepper Lunch after reserving a Chocolat gateau at Bengawan's solo. I had a Beef pepper rice -- v. nice coz I haven't eaten such fragrant rice in France. It was v. fun talking about Bordeaux and Paris while eating. =D Then theresa bought an ice cream since I also missed the dessert part of a meal in Singapore. We played cards for a while until this guy came to tell us that they had a full house and we were kinda chased out (even though yiran and theresa were still eating). Next, we collected the cake and sat down near the fountain outside Ngee Ann city. We were more daring after the trip, so Mabel went up to a smoker to ask for a lighter. We sang happy birthday for Xurui -- it really is fun to celebrate birthdays like that. In the midst of the hustle and bustle of Orchard Road. And the christmas lights, even though xurui said they were nothing compared to champs-elysees. Then we shoved xurui into Zara, Mango, Fox etc. and Perlini's silver to find a present for her. It was only about 9.30pm when we decided to buy a top from fox for her. Wow. present shopping can take so long. then we walked slowly to Shaw's Mcdonalds for a chat. I got a 60cents ice-cream cone. We talked and tlaked until 10.30, which was really late for me. we did not stay up woth our friends in town till so late before. then we rushed home and returned at around 11.10 since we missed our bus. But it was really great fun to see our friends again=D coz when school reopens I will really miss them .. Thanks for making the days in France enjoyable for us twins: Mabel, Nora, Wencen, Xurui, Brandon, Leon, Yiran, Yifei!
